Southern Needle Class Policy
To reserve a place in a class, you must pre-register by phone with a credit card or in-store payment.
Classes require supplies in addition to the instructor's fee. There is not enough time to shop during class; all class supplies must be purchased in advance.
Basic supplies will be needed during most classes. Refer to the list below to ensure your notions bag is complete.
All supplies specific to the class must be purchased at the Southern Needle. A supply list will be emailed to you at the time of registration.
Patterns, books, and handouts cannot be shared or photocopied due to copyright laws.
Guests and children are not allowed in class.
Cancellations
Class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class and notify The Southern Needle 24 hours prior, your class fee may be transferred to the next scheduled class.
There are no class fee transfers or refunds available for NO SHOWS.

REPAIR SERVICES
ITEMS THAT ARE IN NEED OF REPAIR WILL BE ASSESSED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. AN ESTIMATE AND TIMELINE WILL BE SET OUT WITH THE CUSTOMER, AND 50% DOWN IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY REPAIR OR MATERIALS ARE PURCHASED IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. NO GUARANTEE IS GIVEN THAT THE REPAIR WILL MAKE THE ITEM "LOOK" ORIGINAL OR LIKE NEW. EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO PERFORM THE REPAIR IN A TIMELY FASHION AND TO THE VERY BEST OF OUR ABILITIES. OUTSIDE SOURCES WILL BE USED WHEN NECESSARY.
We are now listed with Loose ends Projects. Items are submitted by family or friends and finished and returned to the family. Strong International Volunteer organization that helps complete the stitched project. Knit, crochet, quilt, weave, needlepoint etc. Matched to a local volunteer to finish. Any work done by original person is maintained and protected.
